BA 211 - Organizational Behavior

S 3 credits This course explores the effects of individual, interpersonal, group, and leadership factors on human behavior. Managerial applications of behavioral and social science concepts and theories, especially those concerning motivation and communication, are explored allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of human behavior and interaction in formal organization.
